HERE IS THE TRICKY PART, SO READ CAREFULLY!!!!
Get your orange yarn ready. See the oval-shaped opening you created by skipping all those stitches? That is the part that goes against the hat. Now, hold that part against your head so that the thinnest part (the last row you did) faces DOWN. It should lie flush against your head. Megido horns curve BACKWARDS so choose a spot on the round part (your base ring) that is exactly in the BACK and stick your stitch marker in it. This is where you will attach orange. (It helps if you flatten it first so you can pick a stitch that is directly on the side) MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS EACH TIME WITH THE CORRECT SIDE OF YOUR HEAD SO THAT THE HORNS WILL GO NICE AND SYMMETRICAL ON THE HAT. THE LEFT AND RIGHT HORNS NEED TO BE DONE DIFFERENTLY SO THAT THEY WORK.
ATTACH ORANGE YARN TO BASE RING, IN ST YOU CHOSE
